Digital Bulletin Board

Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.

Baker Ranch Community Association Board of Directors Meetings are held on the third Thursday at 6:00 PM every month. Homeowners are welcome to join the Open Session Board Meetings. The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Thursday October 17, 2024. For meeting details, please see your HOA emails or log in to your resident portal account.
