Facility Key Fobs

Resell Buyer?

If you have purchased your home from a previous homeowner, the seller is required to provide you with two (2) key fobs at the close of escrow. If you did not receive two (2) key fobs, replacement key fobs may be purchased at the non-refundable rate of $50.00 per key fob by credit card, with a non-refundable one-time 3.96% convenience fee. Alternatively, a check made payable to Baker Ranch Association can be submitted. Please provide the following:

• Photo ID

• Settlement Statement (hud-1), title deed, or recorded grant deed

Tenants

Homeowners are required to register all tenants to the Association. Owner’s please submit the following:

• Owner(s) Photo ID

• Tenant(s) Photo ID

• Lease Agreement

Reminders: Homeowners must be prepared to provide a copy of their escrow closing documents (settlement statement hud-1), title deed, or recorded grant deed. If the homeowner recently closed escrow, our database may not be updated to include this information. Therefore, all homeowners should have one of these documents ready prior to starting the process to prevent any delays. The information provided must reflect their name and the newly purchased property address.
