If you are a homeowner in Baker Ranch you are a member of the Baker Ranch Community Association which is the master HOA. If you live in a sub-association, you pay a Baker Ranch Assessment and a sub-association assessment. See below for information regarding your specific sub-association and who you should contact when a need arises. All sub-association supporting documents are given to homeowners at the time of close of escrow. A request for additional documents can be made by contacting the Property Managers below.
